Join us in our fireside lounge for our final wine dinner of this winter to discover the wines of Bodegas Volver, a fifth generation Spanish winemaker committed to honoring the culture of Spanish wine. Based in the Alicante region of Spain, Bodegas Volver wines feature native grape varieties such as Monastrell, Tempranillo, Merseguera, Macabeo, Moscatel, and more produced in the wine-growing areas of Alicante, La Mancha, Jumilla and Valencia.

Bodegas Volver USA Export Manager Katie Wierierka will join us to present a stellar array of Spanish wines and share her unique perspective into the Spanish winemaking tradition. To complement the wines, Chef Mike Thomas will craft a stunning five-course seasonal menu capturing the essence of Spanish cuisine.
